THIS IS DRIP
We believe feeling good is something you explore, not something you perfect.

we're A studio built around people
Hey, I’m Kirsty, founder of Drip.
Originally from Glasgow, I’ve been part of the Pilates and yoga community for over 15 years. It was there I discovered the movement and fell in love with the focus, challenge and clarity these exercises bring.
When I moved to Kirkcaldy, I wanted to create the kind of studio I’d love to walk into myself - welcoming, energetic and full of good people. Somewhere that brings together everything I love: movement, social clubs, events, adventures and the outdoors.
Drip started small, with me renting space in a local dance studio while teaching and freelancing across different spaces. As more of you joined us, our community grew - and eventually, it was time for a home of our own.
Today, we have two studios under one roof and a mix of feel-good classes - because why choose one? All of our classes bring something different, and I’m passionate about combining them to create a balanced way of moving.
To me, wellness isn’t about having the perfect routine or taking it all too seriously. It’s about moving your body, challenging yourself and doing more of what makes you feel good - whether that’s a Reformer class, hot yoga, an outdoor adventure or the occasional night out. You can find all of that here at Drip.

Our memberships are designed to let you mix it up and build a routine that works for you. We care deeply about high-quality classes and exceptional instructors, but just as importantly, we want Drip to be somewhere everyone feels comfortable walking through the door.
If you’re feeling nervous about trying something new, please don’t be. There’s no judgement here, and you don’t need to be fit, flexible or experienced to get started. Come as you are, take things at your own pace and know that we’ll be here to support you every step of the way.
I’d love for you to find your place at Drip and discover the classes, people and experiences that make you feel your best. See you in the studio soon!

OUR TEAM

Kirsty Yau
I teach Reformer, Mat Pilates, Yoga, Sculpt and fusion classes, bringing a different energy and intention to each one.
My style is uplifting, progressive and empowering, combining strong foundations with fresh ways to move. Expect thoughtful sequencing, plenty of energy, a little shake and, more often than not, a plank series or two.

Robyn Spence
I found Pilates through injury recovery, using movement to rebuild strength, confidence and connection with my body - an experience that still shapes the way I teach today.
I teach Mat Pilates and Reformer, blending classical foundations with a dynamic, contemporary feel. Expect supportive challenges, thoughtful movement and plenty of side series and mid-back work.

Jada murray
I found Pilates by accident and quickly fell in love with how it builds strength that goes far beyond the mat. Now I love helping others discover just how capable their bodies really are.
I teach Mat Pilates, Sculpt, Barre and Reformer with a style that’s encouraging, intentional and a little goofy. Expect progressive flows, full-body strength and plenty of laughs through the burn.

Rowan duncan
I found Pilates while recovering from pain caused by training, and it completely changed my relationship with movement. Now I love helping others find that same sense of strength and connection.
I teach Reformer, Foundations, Signature and Mat OG with a style that’s spicy but supportive. Expect strong foundations, layered progressions and space to slow down and reconnect.

Lauren berry
Yoga has been a grounding and transformative part of my life, and I love creating space for others to reconnect through movement, breath and presence.
I teach Warm Slow Flow, Hot Power Flow and Yin. Expect intuitive, flowing classes that balance strength with softness, effort with release - and probably a backbend or two.

Holly Mcilhatton
As a professional dancer, movement has always been part of my life, and Pilates became another way to explore strength, control and body awareness.
I teach Hot Mat Pilates with an energetic, motivational style that challenges without pressure. Expect plenty of options, a spicy Pilates ball core series and a well-earned stretch to finish.

DANNI WILSON
My love of movement started with ballet at four, and discovering Pilates later completely reignited that passion. I’m trained in Mat Pilates, Reformer and Barre.
At DRIP, I teach Reformer with a spicy, supportive style and always a great playlist. Expect plenty of glutes, core and probably a few more pulses than you were hoping for.

Amy Bennett
I started Pilates simply to try something new and get stronger, but quickly discovered a genuine passion for it. It’s had such a positive impact on both my physical and mental wellbeing.
I teach Classical, Hot and Sculpt Mat Pilates, creating classes where everyone feels comfortable and confident. I’ll support you, challenge you and help you achieve things that might just surprise you!
